Questions, answered

Does a hose come with it?

No — this is the shower head only. It fits any standard G1/2 hose, which is what almost every UK shower already uses. If yours is old or leaking, it's worth replacing at the same time.

Will it fit my shower?

Yes, if you have a handheld hose. Standard G1/2 thread, universal fit.

Will it leak?

A rubber gasket is included and pre-fitted. Hand-tighten firmly and it seals — no PTFE tape needed.

Does the filter slow the water down?

No. The air-mixing design boosts flow, so water passes through the filter and still comes out stronger than a standard head. There's also a removable water restrictor in the box — leave it in to save water, take it out for maximum flow.

How often do the beads need replacing?

Recommended filter replacement every 3-4 months

Does it work with an electric shower?

Electric showers regulate their own flow and often have a fixed head, so this isn't designed for them. It's built for mixer showers with a handheld hose.
